Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

We want checkout to be quick and secure, so we accept a range of trusted payment options:

Digital wallets: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay

Currency

All prices on our Site and all charges are in Australian dollars (AUD). If you're paying with a card issued in another currency, your bank handles the conversion and may apply its own exchange rate or fees.

When You're Charged

Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order. Completing checkout authorises us to charge your selected payment method for the order total, including any applicable taxes.

Secure Checkout

Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant checkout and our payment providers. Your full card details are encrypted and handled directly by the payment processor — we never see or store your card number.

GST and Taxes

Prices are shown with any applicable taxes handled at checkout. Where GST or another tax applies to your order, it will be calculated and displayed before you confirm your purchase, so you always know the final total.

Order Confirmation and Verification

After a successful payment you'll receive an order confirmation by email. Occasionally we may need to verify details before processing an order — for example, if a payment is flagged for review. We may cancel and refund any order we can't verify or that appears fraudulent.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment doesn't go through, your order won't be processed. This is usually down to incorrect card details, insufficient funds, or a block from your bank. Please check your information and try again, or contact your card issuer if the problem continues.

Shipping and Refunds

Shipping is free on every order — see our Shipping Policy for delivery timeframes. If you need to return something, refunds are issued to your original payment method as set out in our Refund Policy.
