1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of the Jeff & Nikki website and everything offered through it — our products, pages, and features (together, the "Site"). Jeff & Nikki is operated by JJvH E-commerce. In these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean Jeff & Nikki.

By browsing the Site or placing an order, you confirm you've read and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If any part doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the Site.

2. Who Can Order

You need to be at least 18 years old to buy from us. By ordering, you confirm you meet that age requirement and that the details you give us are accurate and your own.

3. Your Account

Some features may ask you to create an account. If you do, keeping your password private is up to you, and so is any activity under your account. Let us know straight away if you think someone else has gained access.

4. Orders and Pricing

Each order is an offer to buy that we may accept or decline. We can decline or cancel an order for a reasonable reason — for example, if an item is out of stock, there's a pricing error, or the order looks fraudulent. Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and can change at any time before you order. Completing checkout authorises us to charge your chosen payment method for the full total, including any taxes that apply. The ways you can pay are set out in our Payment Policy.

5. Products and Descriptions

We take care to describe and picture each item accurately, but we can't promise your screen will show colours and finishes exactly as they appear in person. Products and prices may be added, changed, or withdrawn at any time, and some items are available only while stocks last.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are sent through third-party carriers, and any delivery estimate is a guide rather than a guarantee. We're not responsible for delays once a parcel is with the carrier, or for delays caused by an incorrect address. Full timings are in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items still unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. For change-of-mind returns you arrange and pay the return postage; if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover it. 8. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms limits or removes any right or remedy you have under that law. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, we do so to the extent the law allows.

9. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, please don't:

break any law or regulation that applies to you;
infringe anyone's intellectual property;
submit false, misleading, or someone else's information;
attempt to interfere with, probe, or damage the Site or its security;
upload malicious code or use the Site to harass or harm others.

We may suspend or close access for anyone who breaks these rules.

10. Intellectual Property

The content on this Site — text, graphics, logos, and images — belongs to Jeff & Nikki or our suppliers and is protected by law. You're welcome to use the Site for your own shopping, but you may not copy, resell, or reuse our content for other purposes without our written permission.

11. Feedback and Submissions

If you send us ideas, reviews, or suggestions, you allow us to use them freely, without owing you payment or keeping them confidential. We're always glad to hear from customers, but we're under no obligation to act on what's sent.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party tools and websites. These are offered for convenience and provided "as is." We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law guarantees above, Jeff & Nikki is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Changes and Governing Law

We may revise these Terms from time to time, and the version shown on this page is always the one that applies. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, where our business is established, without affecting the consumer protections available to you where you live, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
